Homemade Recipes for Dry and Damaged Hair


Your hair supports enough abuse: the dryer, an iron, a curling iron, chemicals and coloring. Sometimes your hair needs a little consent to keep it from becoming dry and brittle. Homemade hair masks help rehydrate your hair with deep conditioning formulas. These natural masks for dry hair contain natural ingredients that restore moisture and shine without any strong chemical.

Avocado Nourishing mask for dry hair

Peel a ripe avocado and mix with a teaspoon of wheat germ oil and a teaspoon of jojoba oil until a cream forms. Apply after shampooing massage from root to end at the tips. Placed a plastic cap and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Finally rinse. The avocado will give the proteins that moisturize hair if we repeat each week.

Castor oil and garlic for damaged hair

Mix 8 tablespoons of warm castor oil 8 large garlic cloves crushed. Marinate a few days and strain. Massage the hair, especially on the scalp with this oil and then wrap your head with a plastic cap. Leave for an hour or more and wash normally.

Pass the liquid on the hair from root to tip and then cover with a plastic cap or a piece of plastic. Let the mask sit for 30 minutes and then rinse with a mild shampoo. Finally, rinse your hair with extremely cold water. Do this monthly to add moisture to your dry hair. Protein combined with egg mayonnaise oils help moisturize the hair, repair damage and restore vitamins and minerals.

Unflavored gelatin

Mix one tablespoon unflavored gelatin with one cup of water until it begins to do as a gel. Do not let it cut at all. Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and two drops of essential oils of jasmine and rosemary.

Stir well and apply after shampooing. Be sure to try all the hair including the scalp. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat once a week.
